No feed back from customer service
No feed back from customer service. I order 1 , enter paiment and then confirmation billing say thx for your 2 items. I never order 2 i want to ship you back the one that a dont need but no one never give me a feedback.

Exactly as Described!
Arrived before expected. Item exactly as shown and exactly as described. Actually a little bit too heavy for my taste but otherwise perfect! Very warm, very cozy!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I emailed and messaged several times before the order even shipped, I still have yet to receive a response. I still haven't heard anything back from them.
