I could live in my Eden Hoodie!
For reference, I purchased two Eden Hoodies: Terra Brown and Ash Grey, 5,11” on the 6th of May, 2026. (NZT) SHIPPING: Expect your package to arrive within a month. Mine comparatively arrived on the 27th of May, 2026. (Roughly 3ish weeks). I'm seeing a lot of people frustrated with the wait time, I was impatient too. But they do have estimations under their shipping policy for further clarity. Tbh, once a product leaves their warehouse, they're relying on their partners to represent them, and delivery times are largely out of their control. But for future reference to any potential new buyers: Processing: 1-5 days. Shipping: Up to 30 days. PURCHASING: I was nervous to purchase because I worried about dropping $452.53 NZD on a product from an online company I’ve never experienced before; and had only prior seen through instagram ads. However, when they introduced Afterpay as an alternative payment method, the price became more enticing. But again, I held off because shipping was still over $100 NZD. Once they set up an international stock warehouse, shipping dropped to $30 NZD and made the idea of purchasing far more tempting. But all the negative reviews made me nervous, but I had wanted an eden since I first discovered it so I took the risk and bit the bullet for their May 4th Sale; you gotta live through your own experiences. THE EDEN HOODIE: Everything they claim of the hoodie is true, it feels exceptional! I am so glad I purchased it! I know I got the duo, but I NEED to buy another colour, just so I can swap between them during washes, and always have a spare to wear! Quality: You can feel the quality, I’ve genuinely never felt something so soft and smooth against my skin. So it’s definitely sensory friendly. I could honestly live in my Eden hoodie. I am constantly wearing it around the house, it’s so convenient to effectively take your blanket with you and not have to leave comfort and warmth to do some mundane task. Plus: it covers me so well, I can stretch out and my feet are still covered (then again, I did go a size up from my actual height). General usage: I feel warm and secure from all angles, at all times; I can relax with a book or curl up to watch a show and not have my skin exposed to the cool air. But I also don't feel trapped. With how open it is, I can easily reach out for something and not be yanked down by its blanket-like shape. And because it doesn't twist around you uncomfortably, if I need air, its super breathable and I can simply open it up and give myself space. But tbh, I use it mostly while gaming. With how it’s shaped, it drapes over the edges of my gaming chair perfectly so there isn’t any weird lumps of material pressing up against me while I’m trying to lock in; and I'm fully covered. (I just got to be careful not to accidentally roll over it). But more importantly, I also feel super cool. It’s amazing having something practical & functional, that also acts as a makeshift cosplay outfit for pretending I’m some fantasy character (usually a Jedi/Sith). Weight: It’s a gentle weight but you can certainly feel it when you move. But it’s also not constricting, it drapes over you quite nicely; and flows with you. However, I don’t know if it’s how I’m sitting and, it does mostly occur when I’m not wearing the hood, but the hoodie occasionally droops backwards and presses against my throat (user error). It doesn’t choke me, but it has certainly surprised me once or twice.
