Very bad experience
The package was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days in US, but it made 11 days, so my friend couldn't pick it up during his visit there.

Hi, Really sorry USPS gave you a slow delivery, we are very sorry you were inconvenienced. The normal delivery time is 3-5 working days, but we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days,just in case anything is misrouted, please see the link on our delivery page :- http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx I see your parcel arrived in 8 working days so it was delivered within the timeframe. There's a little goody pack & an apology letter on the way to you. If you need to return the items if they arrived too late please email us & we will pay for the return postage as a goodwill gesture. Love the quality
Purchased globe sabre this is like my 5th or 6th pair always purchased from the mall chain stores.. for some reason these are higher quality and seem to be a better fit right out of box. Already have my eyes on my next pair coming soon.
