Hi Itai, Thanks for your feedback. We totally understand your frustration here, as you were sent the incorrect goods due to human error. The guys didn't properly process your request to change the size and ended up sending you what you had originally ordered. Since the order was going to Israel (a high security destination), it did take rather long to get you the correct goods, due to some complications at customs etc, but in the end we did cover all your import fees and we're glad that you've finally received the correct items you wanted. Hi there, so sorry you had a bad experience with the courier. We hate to see our customers upset and disappointed about their experience with us. The first address that was provided to by yourself was incorrect so the parcel ended up being returned to us. After finding this out, we did send the parcel back to with and upgraded your postage to express as a good will gesture, with bad luck, this parcel got lost. Sadly, this does happen from time to time and the courier doesn't make us aware until we inquire about it, this did cause delay to your parcel. But we did send out the items again for you, on express again to try to make up for the time lost and included a goody pack too. We are glad you finally received your items, and that you love them. Hi Parker, We're so sorry the courier lost your order, it's honestly so annoying when a delivery partner lets us down like this, fortunately it's a very rare occurence but of course ideally it should not happen at all. I'm very sorry for the inconvience this may have caused. As you know unfortunately the shoes you wanted were both sold out so you took a full refund on both ordered items. Hi Daniel, We're very sorry you didn't receive the cap for your Grandson, unfortunately there was no street name on your delivery address, our systems are automated so we would not see that the address was incomplete & we are not able to check every single order. We have replied to all of your emails and have offered to resend the cap on an express service if you would like to provide your full address even though we have not received the original order back yet or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Hi Taylor, I left you a voicemail to try to clear things up regarding your order on September 6th. I'm writing this email to resume what I have said as leaving a voicemail is not the easiest thing to do, First and foremost I would like to express our deepest apologies as I have misunderstood your initial email. Indeed I did not realized you were replying to an email we had sent you to inform you of your order being late. I'm very sorry it didn't hit me because your order was dispatch on the 10th of August so one day earlier than the estimate date of dispatch; therefore I believed your email was inquiring about the items being in back order (which explains why I sent the email I did). By looking into what has happened, it appears that you received the wrong automated email: indeed instead of that email that informed you of the order being late you should have receive an email that should have informed you of the dispatch of your parcel. At any rate I'm very sorry for this misunderstanding and miscommunication, which led you to think that your order was late, when in reality everything was going relatively smoothly, and the parcel managed to arrived on the 15th of August. Again very sorry for the inconvenience caused, at least I hope the shoes were up to your expectations. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make this purchase more satisfying for you, we'll gladly cover the price of the return of the item if you wish to send it back for an exchange or refund (just an example, I'm just we can find a satisfactory solution) Don't hesitate to reply to this email to let us know how you wish to proceed. Hi Reed, Thank you for your feedback but allow me to please set the record straight. Firstly we sent you the correct product & the imagery we use is official Von Zipper. We absolutely did not refuse your refund, it was quite the opposite as on our return email we asked for a tracking number to speed up the handling of your refund, to which to replied with the following: "Reed: hey Donavan. sent them out on Friday. don't have the tracking number on me. will update you when I get it. cheers." Unfortunately rather than replying with it like you said you would you opened a resolution case with eBay and got refunded that way, which obviously from our point of view is very disappointing as we tried to be as helpful as possible. Hi Dalton, Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry for the huge delay caused by USPS. When you first emailed us regarding the delay, we imitatively contacted our courier and got back to us with in 24h. Sadly we're bound to others to do their job right and every now and then you can't always rely on the courier companies, which is honestly very frustrating.
