Order delivered on time.

My order was delivered on time and received a prompt and courteous reply from customer service when I inquired about the shipping information for my order.

ordered few things for my hubbie. he liked it all. the size chart is little off and some clothes didn't fit but most was ok

Item delivered one week later than promised and we had to contact the vendor for status instead of them contacting us to let us know the circumstances. After our initiated contact they did step up and followed through with the process and making sure everything was good.

There was a shipping issue. I did not receive my package until 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. However customer service was very helpful after I contacted them. They were able to locate my package and get it on it's way again. I will definitely shop here again. The product I purchased was half the price I saw anywhere else.
