You guys were good, if I could contact ISX I would tell them to re-adjust thier size chart, as the knee and elbow pads sizes run small.
Even after getting the new large size elbow pads, after wearing them they still seem to be on the small size.
I am 66 yrs old, I am in decent shape, my upper arms are defind but not huge.
The knee pads are real comfortable, the elbow pads really change the heat-up dynamic, will probably only wear them in cooler weather ( Florida), less strenuous conditions.

I paid almost 30 extra dollars for the rocket 2 day shipping, and was told it would take 2 weeks to get my package once it shipped. Then when I emailed them about it, I was told that I could cancel the order or be out the time and money. Top notch customer service.

I left you a voicemail to try to clear things up regarding your order on September 6th.
I'm writing this email to resume what I have said as leaving a voicemail is not the easiest thing to do,
First and foremost I would like to express our deepest apologies as I have misunderstood your initial email. Indeed I did not realized you were replying to an email we had sent you to inform you of your order being late. I'm very sorry it didn't hit me because your order was dispatch on the 10th of August so one day earlier than the estimate date of dispatch; therefore I believed your email was inquiring about the items being in back order (which explains why I sent the email I did).
By looking into what has happened, it appears that you received the wrong automated email: indeed instead of that email that informed you of the order being late you should have receive an email that should have informed you of the dispatch of your parcel.
At any rate I'm very sorry for this misunderstanding and miscommunication, which led you to think that your order was late, when in reality everything was going relatively smoothly, and the parcel managed to arrived on the 15th of August.
Again very sorry for the inconvenience caused, at least I hope the shoes were up to your expectations. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make this purchase more satisfying for you, we'll gladly cover the price of the return of the item if you wish to send it back for an exchange or refund (just an example, I'm just we can find a satisfactory solution)

Best prices on the internet! I paid $200 dollars less than any other place for my Sidi Tigers. Couldn't believe the pricing. It would be nice to have a little faster shipping but I received them and love them. Thanks FreeStyle Xtreme!
