Ordered the oakley hot tub not fulfilled but rectfied
Ordered the oakley hot tub never received it due to it being out of stock . It took a month to receive any email stating my order being cancelled.. Then I was sent some gummies a sticker and a nylon flag in lieu of my order. (After reading my review management did make good on the discontinued item. I appreciate them reaching out and making good of the situation to which they did not have to do. But in doing so I will be a return customer.)

These guys were awesome
These guys were awesome. Was worried about shipping(to Texas), but they exceeded expectations on everything including the helmet I purchased was on back order and was still delivered ahead of time. Thanks Guys Y’all are a bunch of Rockstars!

Hi Itai, Thanks for your feedback. We totally understand your frustration here, as you were sent the incorrect goods due to human error. The guys didn't properly process your request to change the size and ended up sending you what you had originally ordered. Since the order was going to Israel (a high security destination), it did take rather long to get you the correct goods, due to some complications at customs etc, but in the end we did cover all your import fees and we're glad that you've finally received the correct items you wanted. Second shopping experience with FreestyleXtreme and I highly recommend this company. Great web site, fair prices and fast shipping to the US. If FreestyleXtreme offered more road cycling products they would be my go-to online store for online shopping.
