Terrible. I won the money on September 26, 2026. It is now Oct 1st and still have not received. Never have i waited so long for a deposit.

Im still waiting on my redemption. They're relatively slow compared to other casinos. I had to send my info twice and keep on them. They say it's otw now. I will update and add another star if it lands soon. My bank does it in one business day, so it should be by tomorrow. I don't really like the game selection but I'm going to look further. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Customer service was very nice though !!! I ll update tomorrow.
