The KYC team needs a serious speed up, as well as redemptions. To redeem it shouldn't take the whole NEXT day to be accepted, since I already had to wait 3 days for my LYC bank verification to go through. 5 days now and my first redemption just got approved, now I have reached the "global" limit, so I have to wait till the NEXT day to redeem more. So going on 6 days. Then I will have to to make another redemption so it will be another 2 days. Just an awful experience to redeem sweep coins.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the redemption process has been frustrating. We understand that waiting for verification and subsequent redemptions can be inconvenient. However, KYC verification and redemption processing are necessary procedures designed to ensure account security and compliance, and processing times can vary depending on the required checks. Redemption limits are also applied according to the applicable account and platform rules. That said, we understand your concerns regarding the overall timeframe and appreciate your patience. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Games run fairly stable most of the time, but switching between sections can feel a bit slow. Support handled a basic question without any drama
