Freesky customer service is AWESOME
I've had my Freesky Alaska for over a year and I must say, "I LOVE IT!" Freesky has the best customer service, hands down. They are very responsive and care about how you enjoy your Eboke. Horlan is the rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very attentive as he helped this newbie work out some minor issues. You dont have to worry about being left hanging out to dry after purchasing your bike from Freesky. Horlan is all over it and because of his help, ive been able to put more fun miles on my bike. I highly recommend Freesky if you are looking for a great bike with great customer service. Ask for Horlan!

Great company that builds a quality…
Great company that builds a quality bike we really enjoy them our family has 6 bikes currently from Freesky. Whenever we need somthing there customer service has top notch I highly recommend Freesky

This is the first freesky bike I have…
This is the first freesky bike I have had its the eurostar pro and I must say it's a very nice bike, the torque while peddling is amazing and there is nothing freesky won't do if you need help. I have done nearly 300 miles since January going to work and back and I have the speed unlocked and peddle assist 3 so I'm peddling at 23 miles an hour (I shouldn't but I do), the price is very good and I went for the dark green and it looks nice and everything is so easy to use on the controls side of it so buy one and you won't be sorry.

Had my warrior over a year now,did lots…
Had my warrior over a year now,did lots of research and from many questions asked and swiftly and expertly answered decided to place the order which was very swiftly delivered. done many many miles on this bike including rough terrain and it’s not missed a beat,being an engineer I also note the build quality and finish is superb,the bike and purchase including after sales is second to none-if you are unsure about these bikes -don’t be they really are superb you will not be disappointed!definately one of my best purchases!

I purchased a Freesky Swifthorse ebike and had a question about the nfc card. I emailed customer support and received the reply same day from Jensen. Solved my problem. Thanks
