I have purchased a FreeSky Alaska electric bike. I must admit that there have been several quality issues that needed to be resolved but I am happy to still provide a five star review because the Customer Service team have responded to and resolved my issues with great integrity. In particular, both ‘Vincy’ and ‘Horlan’ have excelled in their customer service roles. All my problems were resolved effectively and they always replied to me and kept me updated despite being based in another country. It is their handling of my issues that have absolutely maintained my confidence in their company. Thank you FreeSky.

Excellent product support and assistance. IME a great e-bike but actually better product support. Availability, communications and expertise makes (for me) an outstanding ownership experience.

J'ai acheté ce vélo Wild Cat Pro le 14 octobre 2025, avec l'intention de l'emmener avec moi en Floride trois semaines plus tard. Cependant, il y a un problème majeur : ce vélo est extrêmement dangereux ; il vacille et tremble constamment. De plus, il a cessé de fonctionner complètement. Il me fait perdre mon temps en m'obligeant à effectuer divers tests de diagnostic ; et comme plus d'un mois s'est écoulé, ils refusent de procéder au remboursement — ce qui est absurde, étant donné que je l'avais acheté spécifiquement pour l'emmener en Floride fin décembre. Ils me demandent d'effectuer de nombreux tests électriques ; ils m'ont envoyé une fourche de remplacement pour tenter de résoudre le problème de tremblement ; en ce qui concerne le compteur de vitesse, le câble principal ne cesse de faire court-circuit ; et le contrôleur ainsi que le moteur de la roue arrière sont tous deux défectueux. Avec tous ces problèmes électriques, je suis pratiquement en train de devenir mécanicien vélo moi-même ! Ils me font effectuer ces tests depuis plus de deux mois maintenant, et pourtant, le vélo ne fonctionne toujours pas. Ils ont complètement gâché mes projets pour l'hiver.Après >2 mois, pas de solution et pas de remboursement. » I purchased this Wild Cat Pro bike on October 14, 2025, with the intention of taking it with me to Florida three weeks later. However, there is a major problem: this bike is extremely dangerous; it constantly wobbles and shakes. Furthermore, it has stopped working completely. It is wasting my time by forcing me to perform various diagnostic tests; and since more than a month has elapsed, they are refusing to issue a refund—which is absurd, given that I had purchased it specifically to take to Florida in late December. They are asking me to perform numerous electrical tests; they sent me a replacement fork in an attempt to resolve the shaking issue; regarding the speedometer, the main cable keeps short-circuiting; and both the controller and the rear wheel motor are defective. With all these electrical issues, I am practically becoming a bike mechanic myself! They have had me performing these tests for over two months now, and yet, the bike still does not work. They have completely ruined my winter plans. After >2 months: no solution and no refund.

Purchased two bikes (Wildcat Ultra & Rocky Pro) and received them 3 days later. Easy to setup and very pleased with both. bikes. They exceed my expectations. Customer service is first class. Thxs Clint. Look forward to my first ride as the show is finally going away.

Finally , spring time is almost here. I bought my bike late last fall. No chance to ride and test my bike. But, now l did my first long ride, and l am very satisfied, l recommended the bike.

I’ve been riding the FREESKY Swift Horse for a while now and honestly I’m really impressed. The power is excellent, especially on hills, and the acceleration feels smooth but strong. The battery range is also very solid — perfect for long rides without constantly worrying about charging. The build quality feels sturdy and well designed, and the suspension makes the ride comfortable even on rougher roads or trails. It’s clearly a bike made for both fun and practical commuting. Another thing I appreciate is how stable and secure the bike feels at higher speeds. You can tell it’s built with quality components. Overall, the FREESKY Swift Horse is an amazing e-bike for the price. Great power, long range, comfortable ride, and very reliable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and dependable electric bike.
