Too many phone calls

Nick was absolutely wonderful!!!! I was suffering from a torn meniscus, and he was so kind by walking me through the welcome package.

Our agent , Alex Goodman was very helpful . That said with our credit scores , loan to value , etc , it’s hard to understand why it takes 30 to 45 days to close . If we get one more ridiculous request for any more information, we may just cancel the whole transaction. Dave & Sharon Warner

I just called this company to get some rate information & couldn't be treated worse. Don't waste your time. They transferred my call to a broker who literally hung up on me. I informed him of the loan amount I was looking for & he informed me "He didn't do that type of loan". I asked what he meant by that? He rudely slammed the phone on me & didn't answer the question. I would never give a company my personal business with work ethics like that, when it comes to thousands of my own dollars! There are plenty of other places to go for a loan.

I guess it's freerate update that turned LoanDepot onto me. I think Loan Depot is able to take an objective look at your situation and how good you'll be as a new Loan Depot customer. Loan Depot process seems pretty painless so it's at the appraisel state and if anything like prior stages it'll be a great experience. GP

The agent who handled my mortgage refinance was knowledgeable and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and came up with creative solutions.
