This is the first time that I have been so happy with the knowledge and timely manor that our VA loan was processed. Our lovely lady- Sarun Van Rijsbergen was super knowledgeable and the greatest person in the world!

Representative was very helpful regarding interest-rate and items needed. The interest rate was locked in for a 60 day. And the loan was approved per our discussion. If the loan was approved, it seems like the closing would happen on a more timely basis. Closing date was quoted at 45 to 60 days. Other Loan Institutions have quoted a 25 to 30 day closing. I would like to see it close sooner if possible.

I have been told that if I give more money they can have a lawyer look at my case. I have called faxed and talked 2x a day. I joined 19 months ago and been doing everything by my program and now I am being sued by Bank of America and have 20 days to answer and they ask me to fax the summons and are doing nothing. I made the mistake of sending my credit card to the Arizona address and had no idea that it had been charged off until a summons was served to me. This can happen to you and if you call them they ask for more money and no help because I am trying to do this myself. I want people to know-especially if you are on a very limited budget. If this answer is entered and the judge grants judgement this will be a nightmare! I live in New York. I have always paid now they want more- I don’t have!! I am left trying to do this alone- FDR answer my other review and said to call- I have for 7 days 2x a day- where is the slogan they use- we are in this together? They also said this doesn’t happen to everyone but it happen to me and it can happen to you so don’t send your accounts to there AZ address because had I not I would of known this and could of done something before this nightmare! Where are they now that I need them??? They asked for more money!!! I am a senior on a hardship . Always paid my bills when I got sick couldn’t pay and immediately signed up with FDR and pay on time every month. So think about this. Tell the truth FDR that a credit card can be charged off and the court can serve you and you must take care of this yourself in court. File the answer or a judgement can be entered.People just know this can happen. I have nothing left and still I have to go thru all this alone. FDR answer is send me 234.00 and lawyer can look!!! Or 20 a month. Are you kidding me. Nightmare!

Even tho i guaranteed the loan with funds in my 401k they still wanted my daughters finances because i co- signed for her. They could have asked for my bank statements to see if i had ever made her payment. Wouldnt that be enough?

I didnt expect a phone call, but I got one. At first I was caught off guard, so I told the rep I’d phone her back. Then I did. She was very helpful. Only thing I must mention no is I didn’t know the prices, she only told me after she said I was approved. Afterwards all was okay. Amber did good.

Chase was great. Not only was he professional and got me the best rate with reasonably low closing costs but he gave me the impression that he was truly looking out for the best deal with me! He made me comfortable in that he if could not make it worth my while to Refinance with Loan Depot, that he would let me know. Based upon his credibility, as soon as I got off the phone with him I reached out to my sister and sister in law to provide them his contact info!! Thank you Chase and Loan Depot.....no reason to go anyplace else!!!
