I printed my original certificate in minutes. A month later I wanted another copy and at first could not figure out how to get it. I called the toll-free number and left a call-back message for help. Meanwhile I figured out how to reprint the certificate. Shortly thereafter I got a call from the company, on a Sunday!, with the offer of help. About 2 weeks later I ordered their 5' leash. I expected it to take about 7-10 days to arrive. 4 days later it was in my hand and very well made. Totally satisfied. The only "qualification" is I wish the name of the organization was more "professional" sounding.

I needed Free My Paws to get my baby girl into an apartment. After searching for a few months, I could not find anywhere that would allow her. I got online, registered her, ordered the package I needed and even had the option to speak with an actual doctor if needed.

I found this to be the least expensive and fastest way to receive an ESA letter so I could take my puppy with me on planes. Couldn't of asked for a more professional person to handle this for me!

My experience with your company has been a very good one I was addressed from a customer service rep by email double checking on the size of my pets vest. I'm super glad they did check on that size knowing the breed I had put for the application I would have gotten a bigger size and it wouldn't have fit my pet so thank you again I would use this company again!
