The web site is very easy to use and understand. I made an order and a customer service rep responded to me and asked me a question in which made me realize I didn't need a full package. I only needed the tags. They save me a lot of money!!! I was very thankful for their honestly. It's hard to find these days. I would definatly recommend this company to people I know. Everything I ordered looked really professional. It was a great quality and I got it exactly when they claimed I would. I also ordered a size extra small for my dog and someone from the company personally emailed me to recent a different size that would work better for the size of my dog. I ended up getting a size tiny and it was perfect for my dog. Great quality. Individual attention on their orders and an excellent experience for me overall. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I dont have to leave my dog Jacques Costeau in a deadly cold or hot car, he is by my side and we are both safe .He has been my best friend and my service dog for 10 years and now he has the license to wear in public. I had questoons about filling out the forms so I e-mailed my freemy paws and they replied right away

I ordered a small patch and the shipping alone was $10. Seemed way too high for regular (not expedited) delivery. Also I emailed then after my order regarding a change in shipping address and did not receive any response.

I must apologize, you are absolutely correct. Shipping for a single patch should have been discounted to $2.50 but clearly was not in your case.
