I first ordered a kit for my dog and then realized I needed a certification letter so I contacted customer service and Jared who responded very quickly took me step by step throughout the process. Some links weren't sent after my order so again I contacted Jared and he took care of it all for me. I was on a strict timeline and needed it done ASAP and I got it all done in a day with the therapist and letter and of course Jared helping me again. Amazing customer service and can't thank Jared Adams enough for helping my dog and I stay together in our new home. Highly Recommended!

this should be on everyones list if you have a service dog. their customer is top notch and i even call jared on phone if i need anything and he handles it right away. dont know what i would do without him
