Very easy and very organized

5 stars for sure. I would buy from them anytime I need anything for my service dog Gracie , my 7 pound Maltese.

I never got it, and when I checked the tracking order, it appears that the post office never got it either. It has been a month. I left a message for the Free My Paws people nd have not heard back.

I've taken my Finn everywhere and this just makes it a lot better!! Thanks again to free my paws for all your hard work and your love for dogs!!!

This was a great purchase

It seemed like it took longer than it should have to get a call from a therapist. She was very helpful when she did call and emailed my letter right away. Some of the letter is hard to read, you can tell it's a form letter pretty easy. The words don't flow. Also I haven't received an original letter in the mail yet. I received my emailed letter a week and a half ago. I would really like the original letter too.
