WARNING!!!! In February 2022 I need a motor for my truck. Started the process of looking. After reading up on different rebuilders I decided to go with Fraser Engines. Also I have used them in my company trucks in the past. When I decided to order I started to order online but ran into some question. So I called the company went to voice mail for the sales department for a week before someone called back. (As I am a business owner) I figured that they may be shorthanded and give them the benefit that was it. So we finally talked to the sales rep who was just rude and a nasty person to talk to. After getting some of my questions answered I tried to order the motor. Was told to go online to make the order. Ok that was fine so we decide to use their 90 day and 100 day same as cash that was with snap and Uown. I have used snap several times over the years and never had a problem with them. We signed all the paperwork and received Confirmation. Two week later we have not received anything from Fraser about the motor being shipped but we had the first payment come out of our checking account so we called Fraser. When we called I was transferred to the snap finance department. The person I talked to their way again a rude person and was told that snap had not paid them and I would need to give them $3000.00 in order to get the motor shipped. (At this point I Just need the motor and as we need to fix it. We were going to be leaving Havasu for the season and going to our summer home.) So I Gave them the $3000.00 Called snap worked with them Snap said that Fraser need send them the money back or I would have to pay it. So I called Fraser again and left several messages for them to call me. Finally I told the lady that answered the phone that if someone did not return my call I would have my attorney call. Had a gentlemen call and said he did not want to talk about it and gave my their attorneys contact info.( I am blessed that I have the money to pay an attorney. So I hired Steven Freers to represent us( if you need to contact him he is in Fraser MI (586) 795-4150) He sent an email a few emails to their attorney’s and three week and $750.00 in legal fee’s Fraser Motors returned the money to snap and still shorted them $15 that I had to pay. In the end I Lost $765.00 better than the whole $3000.00. Fraser Motors at one time was a wonderful company to do business with these days they have a sales department that need a lot of customer service training and managers that care about the customer and the company or they will not be around very much longer. I give a 3 because when I called for my quote, instead of getting someone that was versed in types of motors that could help me with my make model year engen type ,I got what is your Vin, most of us have life's that require me to name calls on my breakes and Handel things on lunch as I'm sure most do ,my broke down vehicle is not with me

I asked for a price on a motor and I got a invoice to order a motor which was not what I was trying to do I need to know what how much the motor is before I can purchase it and I still don't know how much the motor is

On March 22nd I requested a Cost on an Engine I was quoted $3,999 but there was no ETA on the engine at that time.May 4th and the Rebuilt Engine is now back in stock.A very unprofessional sales individual who made myself feel like hurry up or i'm wasting his time asking him to the job he gets paid to do.Anyhow $6,500 was the price I was given 35 Days later for the same thing.Yes we are all aware of inflation but a lil price gouging in a 35 day window.I never write reviews.I don't like to mess with people's livelyhood's but this interaction was a complete & utter disgrace.
