didn’t get a call back but it’s fine

The worst customer service ever! I bought a reman engine in Octobered of 21. It had issues from the beginning and I started trying to enter a claim in Dec. Finally got a claim number and now it is June 27th and I still don't have an engine I can use. They will NOT return my phone calls. I have called every week for weeks. I leave a message with the person assigned to my claim. Not a call back since March. I have been refered to a supervisor. I just left the third message for her over a 2 week span with still no call back. Do not subject yourself to this frustration.

The quote was difficult to obtain, but about 5 or 6 emails asked if I was ready to place an order. I ended up calling and the price and lead time were not competitive at all vs Jasper or S&J.

A good friend of mine purchased a motor through these guys and his Tahoe is way newer than mine I ended up going on here to look for a motor for my 2002 Chevy Tahoe and tell me why it was the same price so I reached out to let them know what the situation was why it was that price and nobody got back to me I guess they think that all motors cost the same no matter year . I understand perks of having one of there motors but still doesn’t make sense how a 2014 Tahoe and a 2002 Tahoe motor cost the same .

Ask for a quote for a new engine. Got it in a timely manner with all my questions asked.
