I’ve only ordered my new engine and have yet to receive it. So far, I’m satisfied.

They have great reviews and when it comes time to replace my engine I will definitely use Fraser over Jasper hands down. They gave me a lot of knowledge and have one hell of a better warranty. Read Jasper’s reviews (if you can find them). If you have a problem with Jasper, you are on your own.

They were fast in responding but the texts are a bit annoying. Think I should get a gift card for what seems like 30 texts repeated

I purchased an engine with a warranty. After 2 months the engine overheated and I was told it was my fault. I had a mechanic shop take the engine apart and found there was an issue not of my causing. I called them back about the warranty and what the mechanic found. We sent the engine back and they returned it in pieces without ANY bolts and you can’t buy a bolt kit for it. Waste of time and money. Bad attitudes and horrible service.

I was mislead so many times when dealing with Fraser. When I ordered my engine the lead time was 2-4 weeks. 4 months later, still no engine delivery. They are rude, unprofessional, have no sense of customer service and they don’t believe in leaving voicemail messages, emails or text messages. If you don’t answer, or call them, you’ll never hear from them. I’m not sure how they’ve been in business since 1961.
