My stay it was wonderful! The location is excellent and close to all essential facilities. The apartment is clean, spacious, and features a modern design. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families. Definitely an experience I would repeat!

This company is dishonest and…
This company is dishonest and untruthful. They advertise a certain price and then change their mind after 2 months despite confirmation.
It’s an unnecessary struggle to get your refund that they very quickly collected after confirmation and try to dissolve any responsibility on errors made by them.
They have a terrible work ethic and should not be allowed in this business.
The way they conduct things is disgusting.

The stock this company has is good. However, they are sales people, and not very good at that. My experience was that they kept throwing around the word ”policy” trying to get their way and point across. When asked to prove these policies, well, silence or compliance to my terms followed. It’s a shame to play this game of having to pay for unnecessary things or argue over things that has no legal or factual ground. E.g., clean the windows from bird poo as I requested from them, in which they claimed it was my expense, until I mentioned the fact that I don’t own this property hence maintaining it is not my concern. Also the fact that it was there when we arrived to the flat. I’m a real estate agent myself in Dubai for one of the biggest real estate agencies, and I can tell you, there is a vast difference of professionalism between holiday providers and long term agencies. So be on your guard and dispute anything the might tell you, because they are happy to assist you, but they’ll try their way first.

Any requests related to the property's maintenance are addressed promptly, but it's important to note that general maintenance responsibilities, such as cleaning windows, are typically covered as part of the property’s upkeep. As you mentioned, if the bird droppings were present upon arrival, this should have been flagged immediately, and we would have taken action to resolve it, as we do with any maintenance-related issue.
We understand that there can sometimes be differences in expectations between short-term vacation rentals and long-term leases, particularly when it comes to property maintenance. Great apartment in the JBR district. More space than other flats in the neighborhood and very nice and clear view on the ferris wheel, even if it is located on the 1st floor.
I highly recommend Franck Porter's apartment as the logistics and level of information / support provided were great!!

Odada bir aile için gerekli olan bütün mutfak malzemeleri var. Bütün mutfak gereçleri son derece kullanışlı ve kusursuzdur.
Banya temiz ve kullanışlıdır kesinlikle koku yok ve kullanışlıdır.
Sadece yol sesi geliyor onun içinde kapı kapattık ve ses kesildi . Yol sesi bizi fazla rahatsız etmedi gerçekten görsel olarak biz begendik . Aydınlatma yeterli tv yeterlidir.
Tekrar gidicez inş ve biz tekrar aynı yerde kalmak için burayı tutmayı planlıyoruz
