Apart from a minor hiccup with regards to admin matters which was beyond Frank Porter’s responsibility, everything else was promptly managed from the booking, checking in and checking out. The information given was very clear and all queries was answered in a timely manner. The unit was clean and well kept but could do with extra towels. Overall an amazing experience staying at Creek Horizon in Dubai Creek Harbour.

We stayed at Paramount residences downtown Dubai managed by Frank Porter. What can I say the apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice modern and airy just like the pics. I had the most amazing sleeps the bed was so comfortable I was struggling to get out of bed. The apartment provided you with all needs you require for a home. Check in was smooth, Frank Porters response was excellent. They even gave us an extra two hours to check out as a goodwill gesture. They always responded swiftly. If you are interested in this place just book it you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great stay Frank Porter 😃 Will be back soon.
