We really like a building where was our apartments, area was really nice. Apartment what we rent was amazing on high level and perfect view!
It was very comfortable with everything, we had 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony and bedrooms
All furniture was new and very stylish

Das Airbnb war super, besonders die Lage so nah am Burj Khalifa und der Dubai mall. Es war sauber und sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

just spent a week in this apartment and had a very good experience.
we were well received, we received all the useful information and the apartment is very well located.
the apartment is very clean, well appointed, has all the comforts with high-end bedding.
We had access to the swimming pool, gym and sauna/hammam.
I highly recommend, no bad surprises which also made us have a very good week

Our trip was good
Our trip was good. The apartment suited us, it has a bed and a sofa. The kitchen has everything you might need. The only downside is that the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage. I understand that the owners of the apartment can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, many apartments in Dubai have this problem. I would also like to suggest that you put a chest of drawers, at least one. There is nowhere to put things. There are 2 closets in the apartment, but one is closed, and in the second you can only hang things. And one shelf on top, not everyone can reach there. There are a lot of unnecessary things, like artificial flowers. But overall, everything is not bad. The location is excellent.

Great experience!
Our stay at Dubai Marina with Frank was great. The apartment was fabulous. The pool, gym and location were lovely. Communication with Frank was great and we were very grateful for a slightly earlier check in after a very long journey. Wouldn't hesitate to use Frank again and would happily stay in this apartment again if we come back to the Dubai Marina area.

We checked out from the property a little late due a medical emergency but they totally ignored the same and later charged us late check out charges.
And above this, THEY TOOK OUR ALL SECURITY DEPOSIT (2000 AED) JUST TO CLEAN THE HOUSE WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED EARLIER AS EXPENSE.
Their local supervisor is of no use, do not respond in time, we requested him several time to get clean house but no clear answer. And when I messaged them thru booking.com, they sent me revert on mail only, which can be missed by any person who is on holiday. A call from local supervisor could have been a better solution.
Overall pathetic service and they took away all my security deposit but I am still in connect with booking.com to recover the deposit

Unfortunately, during your stay, this policy was violated, requiring us to undertake ozone treatment and deep cleaning to eliminate smoke traces from the apartment. In addition, your late check-out left the property in substandard condition, resulting in a delay in preparing the apartment for the next guest. These actions were documented with time-stamped photographs, which substantiate the associated cleaning and damage charges.
At the time of your check-out, you did not express dissatisfaction with your stay. It was only upon receiving our communication regarding the damage claims that you chose to leave this negative review.
Please be advised that the allegations of fraud are entirely unfounded. We are simply enforcing our clearly communicated policies and ensuring that our property is properly maintained. Such statements could be deemed defamatory, and we take such matters seriously. We are carefully reviewing this situation and reserve the right to pursue any necessary legal action if warranted.
