Schönes sauberes Apartment, doch Achtung!!
The apartment and the view are beautiful; it's just as it appears in the photos and description. Check-in is super easy, and Frank Porter responds very quickly to any questions. But be careful! If you leave something in your room when you check out, you won't get it back! We left a bag full of cash in the room, which the cleaning staff apparently didn't find, even though we gave them a tip. As a result, I wouldn't book with Frank Porter again because they don't trust you!

As part of our housekeeping team’s standard procedures, a detailed inspection is carried out after each guest’s departure. This includes carefully lifting the mattress and bed frame to ensure that no personal items have been left behind. In your particular case, our team conducted two thorough searches of the apartment and, unfortunately, did not find any belongings. We genuinely understand how distressing it can be to misplace something valuable, and we want to assure you that had we come across any lost items, we would have reached out immediately to return them to their rightful owner. Please know that we take great pride in the care and attention we give to every guest experience. We're sincerely sorry to hear about the loss you encountered, and we hope this does not overshadow the overall positive memories from your stay.
