Joshua and Hugo were so helpful with delivery and it was such a smooth process

My interactions with the staff at France and Son were extremely positive and helpful. I had questions about my item and they were answered both through the chat system and by phone call - helping me make a decision that I am very comfortable with. I note that when our call was dropped or cut off twice, the team member I was conversing with called me back, and didn't leave me to start all over with someone else. Sounds trite but in our days of constant challenge to get to someone easily through these phone systems, this simple outreach meant something.

Meghan Allen, an exceptional customer service representative, has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with the replacement of my coffee table. France and Son offers such beautiful products! I am genuinely pleased with their company.

Joshua and Henry were wonderful and quick!

Berenger and Alex coordinated a smooth delivery! They were flexible with our timing and delivered our coffee table without any issues. 5 stars

Joshua and Henry were very helpful in delivering the two consoles I had delivered. Quick and careful and made sure the furniture was placed in the correct spot.

Ariel and Christian did an excellent job delivering. On time, professional and courteous. They even carried the piece from the road because it was raining and they didn’t want the truck to get tracks near my driveway and took their shoes off to bring it in.

Agustina has been so helpful and responsive!!
