Great customer service

I chatted with Tina at France and Son about a better price for an item on another website. Not only did she match that price, she BEAT it. And the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I am very satisfied. Thank you!!

Customer Service was excellent with prompt response from Mona about delivery and any questions you may have.

I recently purchased a dining table and chairs from France and Son and had a very positive experience working with Julieta. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process—answering questions, providing updated pricing, and making the overall transaction smooth and straightforward. I appreciated the clear communication and follow-up, especially when coordinating details prior to placing the order. The pricing was competitive, and the process felt efficient and professional from start to finish. I’m looking forward to receiving the pieces and would absolutely consider working with Julieta and France and Son again for future purchases. Overall, a great experience.

Agustina was incredibly helpful! I cannot wait to place another order and we remodel and redecorate our home.

Augustina was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the process. Excellent customer service, making sure all the questions were answered and went above and beyond to help with product specifics. Also, great communication.
