Excellent customer service and a wonderful first time experience. I had my eye on a rattan media unit that was out of stock and I preordered it. It came a tiny bit late but still much quicker than most other companies I was looking at. They were attentive snd transparent throughout .

Wonderful first time experience with this company. Had my eye on a rattan cabinet for a while, but say it wasn’t available so I contacted them. They let me know when it was coming in and let me preorder it. Their estimates were right and I received it in great condition without issue. It looks just like the picture. Very happy.

After waiting a few weeks for my dining set one unfortunately arrived damaged. Cassidy helped me report it and file a claim, and my replacement came in about the same time. The process was fairly quick and now I’m so happy to have my amazing set of chairs!

I finally got the jeanneret chairs that I’ve had my eye on for years! I ordered a set of 6 and one came damaged. I was worried after reading reviews that I’d have trouble, but they sent me a replacement pretty quickly and swapped it out with the damaged one.
