Haven't received product yet but order was easy. They emailed a quote why the product was on sale and it seems like they will honor it even though it is not on sale anymore. If true than so-far-so-good. I have Wayfair Professional account and they have always treated me right - we'll see how France & Sons does.

I ordered 2 of these from France and Son to put into the two opposite corners in my living room. Let me just say, they are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The customer service at France and Son was so helpful, they even went out of there way to follow up with me after the purchase. The packaging and logistics were perfect. Everything arrived on time, they notified me when it shipped out, just so great! I was even offered a discount. They even let me send them a picture afterwards - this allowed me to stay in touch with the sales representatives and now they are open to sending me quotes with coupons! They even check the stock levels for you right on the spot! This company is amazing and I can not wait to re-furnish my whole home by France and Son.

This company has went above and beyond for my satisfactory. Customer service always answers with prompt replies, they're very professional, and there furniture is so fairly priced. The pieces I have purchased from France and Son are the pieces that everyone wants to know where I got! I will continue shopping here, as it has checked off every box on list!

This site came at the recommendation of a close interior designer friend. I purchased a chandelier that I’ve been longing for for a while and they were one of the only ones to have it. The fixture was well packaged and the quality seems spot on.

I ordered a clarita dining table and it was sold out everywhere so I didn’t have high expectations. The sales people said they had some in stock so I took the chance. I got tracking a few days later and it miraculously showed up about a week later. I can’t believe it. I”m quote the happy customer!

Renovating my home this pandemic has been a struggle to say the least. Delays delays delays. Everything is delayed. I chatted with Astrid to see what I could get ASAP after the majority of my fixtures were delayed elsewhere. They pointed le to their quickship selection and I took their word for it that o could get everything by the end of the week on a rush. Everything came in time for my electrician and worked out! They went above and beyond here. Literally one of the only smooth transactions in my entire project.

I ordered a chest that was back ordered due to the pandemic, and while it took a while to arrive it did finally get here! When they said it would be about 4 month I was skeptical of it would’ve worth waiting but there’s no where else to get it faster. They gave me updates quickly whenever I checked in, and it did end up coming right around the four month point.
