I love how this company have various unique furnitures collection. The details on each furniture is also outstanding.

This is a fantastic piece of furniture. The quality of the wood and craftsmanship is impeccable. Only the legs needed to be added once it arrived. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took 6 weeks to arrive. I wish I could add a photo to show you how beautiful this piece of furniture is.

4 stars instead of 5 because I had to contact Customer Service multiple times about final ship date and every response was an appropriate date. With lead times at 9 weeks and the cost of the merchandise, more exact information would have been very appreciated. Thank you

I’m absolutely in love with my Beagle Lamp! The customer service team maintained constant communication with me and was even able to offer me a reduced price. Shipping was crazy fast, it arrived in 5 days! The quality of the lamp far exceeds my expectations. The weight is very substantial. The base is solid marble. My only complaint is that it was almost impossible to find an LED bulb that worked properly with the 3 stage dimmer. I initially thought the lamp was defective and opened a ticket. The brightest setting would drop to the dimmest setting after about 5 seconds. After buying several different bulbs, the 3 stage dimmer finally worked. Hopefully I don’t need to replace the bulb anytime soon. A bulb should be included so customers don’t have to deal with this hassle

Chandelier looks perfect

Delivery team was very helpful. The product received was in perfect condition and the process was simple. I would provide a five star rating but the delivery timeframe provided was not accurate and resulted in a minor delay in coordinating acceptance of the delivery.

I appreciated the pieces I ordered were in stock and delivery way faster than I ever imagined. The delivery team was efficient and professional. The actual furniture leaves something to be desired. The quality is average and far less than I expected. The wood glue is cracking out, the caning is OK, the handle edge appears to unfinished and not fully stained. Pretty bummed.

The staff is very friendly and clean the store, the store main city in new York City , and the staff is very happier because the communication with friend's, the staff have hard working and the staff is very friendly
