I have not yet received my furniture. Although it was "in stock" it took weeks to reach the warehouse, and has yet to deliver to me. Very little communication.

I contacted customer service who contacted the manufacture. The Manufacturer claimed that the railings were interchangable, but they are not. Sent a second set of photos of the bed and railings requested by customer service and was told to wait, they would contact me. It has been three weeks now, no contact. I am really disappointed in not receiving a better response and some type of solution to this issue. So even though the bed was finally delivered, it is sitting on the floor because I have two of the same left-sided railings, and obviously the second right-sided railing does not fit into the slot because it is located at the wrong end. So you might as well say it's been six months since I received the bed. If you could please give me the manufacturers info, I will call myself. This whole situation with waiting 5 mos., and getting two of the same bed railings for the left side of the bed is very frustrating. You have my money for a bed that I cannot put together. I will say in the beginning, customer service was very responsive, but now, nothing. Mercedes Thomas

I ordered the figure chair and ottoman. Good customer service through the order process. and quick shipping. Love the design of the chair and it's actually somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately the fabric quality is pretty poor. It's bright white and marks from the cushion under neither the fabric shine through. I also received it with a few marks already on the fabric (shopping packaging wasn't great). I really wanted to love this chair and have considered returning. Unfortunately, return shipping is not included and I'm not sure it's worth the couple hundred to return the item. It'll likely be be a piece I look at more than actually use. 😕
