We LOVE our new Round Urn Table. We had a wonderful experience with France and Son from the very beginning working with Peter on the pieces we wanted, Our dining table was delivered today by two very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable gentlemen. I highly recommend France and Son and will return when we are ready to purchase a new dining room table and chairs. Well Done Peter!👍

UPDATE - France and Son responded and was able to assist me in acquiring a replacement shade. Thank you. Original Complaint: No replacement parts or pieces. Customer support was not helpful. Additional Reply: I am grateful for your additional reply / edit and that you will continue to look for parts. That said, it seems like the more logical thing to do for a discontinued fixture would be to use one for parts. I would gladly purchase 1-2 shades for $200-$250 as opposed to purchasing a new fixture. Given that these shades are susceptible to falling out, I'm sure other purchasers of the product would feel the same way.

Bought a dining table for Thanksgiving. Wasnt sure I would get it in time because I only ordered 3 weeks ago. They delivered this weekend to make sure I would have it for the holiday. The delivery people were very careful with my newly painted hallway. Thank you

I have just received two chairs from France and Son and I am very pleased. I have to admit that I was really worried after reading the reviews on this site and felt stupid for not checking reviews before I ordered. I wanted chairs from Four Hands but couldn't figure out how to have them shipped to Canada. I found a place here that would import them for me but at a HUGE cost. So, I scoured the internet and found the chairs at France and Son, who deliver to Canada. I jumped on it immediately and then started to worry a bit when the chairs that were supposed to be "in stock" were all of a sudden given a delivery date of a few months out. I followed up a few times and always received a reply. When they shipped, I received a tracking link so I could watch where the truck was at all time and the delivery team contacted me with a delivery time. I am overall extremely happy - the chairs are beautiful, the delivery was handled expertly (I did pay for white glove service) and I saved thousands of dollars. Thank you!
