🚨If you are ordering from the UK you need to be aware that customs duty and handling will apply (£18 on my £55 order) and delivery will be delayed. Fraicheur do not make this clear when ordering (you need to read the very very small print). Edit: after posting this review Fraicheur got in touch, apologised and offered a goodwill gesture so I’ve added a couple of stars for good customer service - and the globes are really amazing 😊

Friendly and helpful staff. Phoned me back in 24hrs and answered all my questions. Made it easy to order over the phone as I couldn’t order online as I don’t have a house number just a name. The lady I spoke to also offered me other offers they had on.
