I have used them for many purchases and never had an issue until recently. I’m not sure what is going on as the customer service department is gone now. All phone calls are met with a message that no one can help you. All emails go unanswered. My order I paid for on December 10th is not shipped or delivered according to FedEx. Every communication stopped after the shipping label was created. I think I’m done with them and it stinks because I loved them before they stopped delivering what I paid for without communication. Edit* Finally received a partial fulfillment of my order after about 18 emails to customer service and threats to file a claim with my bank. 2 of the 3 bottles I ordered arrived on January 8th with no apologies whatsoever from FragranceX for how they mistreated me and ignored me. The email I did receive said I was refunded fir one bottle that they were now unable to ship. A month of headaches is not worth giving them another chance. I would never purchase from them again because if there is any issue with your order you have virtually zero chance of getting any help from them. I hope this helps someone else thinking about giving them a $400 order. It’s a roll of the dice.

I ordered 2 bottles of cologne for Christmas gifts. I've never purchased through this site & to be honest I was nervous based on some reviews I had seen online. I am thrilled to say I did not have any issues at all!!! I received order updates & my products came very quick! I will definitely order from this site again.

I think the company itself was great but the delivery time wasn’t. I think the daily was the shipping company and not fragancex. Will buy again

I ordered perfume on 12/6/20 and was told it would be here in 3-5 business days. I contacted them a wk later and was told it would be to my house by Saturday. Saturday comes and goes and still nothing. I have sent emails, called, and I am getting nothing. Honestly, this is my first and ONLY time I will ever order from them again! I think it's a scam, not to mention, a joke of lack of communication. If it was because of the "pandemic" have enough courtesy to CONTACT the customer!!
