I am glad to receive my package finally. I used standard shipping but did not realize it was coming out of New York. During this pandemic, I think it is difficult to get things out of New York during the shutdown. It took forever to get here when it was supposed to be 2-day shipping. I guess its the cost of doing business during the pandemic.

It was easy to order. Easy to navigate the site. But I paid $30 more than an amount found on Amazon.

Attention!!! Je suis cliente sur ce site depuis des années sans avoir eu le moindre problème. Depuis la fin du Printemps 2020 c'est à dire fin du premier confinement leur site est inaccessible pour d'après leurs réponses à mes mails. " des problèmes techniques " FAUX. Mon frère qui habite les environs, a essayé d'avoir une réponse à cela et apparemment ce soit disant problème technique, serait tout simplement UNE VOLONTE mais POURQUOI ???????. Bref, soyez très prudents. Ils m'ont proposé de passer par un VPN!!!!! pas question. Comment un site honnête et limpide peut-il proposer à ses clients cette solution alors qu'un "problème technique"( comme ils disent ) et qui perdure depuis bientôt 7 mois maintenant, devrait je pense être résolu. Attention!!!!MENSONGES

They intentionally make it impossible to reach them, don’t respond to emails asking why my product hasn’t shipped and try to BS you that they already shipped, when all they did was print a USPS label.. 4 days, product still not delivered to USPS.. phone has a recording, can’t leave message.. bullcrap
