FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Paid $104.37 (on 5 bottles) for "Priority Shipping and asst fees" In Stock items, didn't leave their facility for 6 days, and another 10 days to travel 60 Miles to my door "priority". I ordered off Ebay, paid standard shipping from California and got it faster, will never use FragranceX again.

My experience with this company has been awesome. I didn’t put my complete address in at check out and didn’t notice till a week later. They didn’t contact me but when I emailed them over the weekend I had a response back by Monday before 10:00. I saw reviews saying no one got back to me but also wanted to let people know I had a good experience

Order are not arriving for everyone apparently, I ordered two perfumes with 200$ and even after 10 days my order is not shipped ! I don’t recommend anyone ordering from them at least in this time

I ordered 2 very expensive perfumes at the beginning of December. they were guaranteed to arrive for Christmas. Neither of them did. finally a parcel arrived and it had only one of the perfumes in it. I have contacted customer service with NO response. This company is a disgrace!

very fast shipping

Great selection at a fraction of department store costs! Fast delivery, too. This is where I’ll be buying my fragrances from now on.

Received my order and absolutely LOVE IT!! Fast shipping and great prices. Will be ordering again..

Returned an item and requested a refund. Received an email days later that the same product was reshipped to me, despite my request. Tried to contact customer service many times and could never get through. Sent an email and never received a response. Based on this experience, I do not plan to order from this company again.
