I received placed my order on Christmas and received it in a week. Everything came as expected and I will be ordering again soon!

I ordered two items on Dec. 11th leaving plenty of time for Christmas. they ship from New York.I live in Massachusetts. The tracking info shows my package has been in New York since Dec. 15th.. Their phone service reroutes you to their website. I have emailed twice asking for a refund(I went out and bought the two items elsewhere as they were gifts) with no response. This kind of customer service makes me mad! At least acknowledge that the package is late or lost! I will pursue legal action if necessary. Avoid!!!!

I ordered in 11/27/2020 and my package never moved from their place I tried to contact them many times through Emails and Twitter but no response? I don't know what's wrong with this company but I'm not ordering from them ever again! If you thinking buying from them please don't save your money. All I want now is refund.

Never again! The shipping label was printed the day of my order but not shipped until a week later. I've emailed twice with no response. The wait to speak with someone on the phone is horrendous just to be told by a recording that no one is available during regular business hours. Still haven't talked to anyone or heard back from anyone. Still haven't received the product or a refund. $200 wasted!

The shipping was very fast, good price, and I absolutely loved the fragrance. I will be shopping with you all from now on.

I ordered a 50ml bottle of Jai Ose at the cost of £25.86 which included shipping. I treated myself to this as I have used it since 1880 and love it. I was so disappointed when it arrived. I took it out of the packaging, sprayed it and to my disgust, the perfume had that smell which is obvious it has gone off!!! My husband actually asked me if I had doused myself in disinfectant. I have emailed, however I have had no reply. I cannot go out of the house to return it as I am extremely clinically vulnerable, and also that would cost me even more money to return the item ... Just a joke I would never recommend this company to anyone, or order from them again.
