I ordered Gucci Guilty and Acqua Di Gioia on 12/8, in plenty of time for Christmas. The package didn’t arrive until 12/28 and the Gucci was missing! I’ve been trying and trying to call them (I’m on hold yet again right now) and I’ve emailed them. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter! I’m torn up inside and I’m out $83.15 plus taxes and shipping for a product I never received. I don’t know what to do. 😢 I need this money to go buy her this from a department store. This isn’t customer service at all. I’m so sad.

Very satisfying came quickly and I love my perfume.

worst customer service I Email them and got reply after 4 days. I order 3 perfume from them on Dec 18th and they have not shipped yet. Trying to contact them but nobody is answering phone or my email. By the way on there website saying WE ARE OPEN AND SHIP SAME DAY. If you ship same day them we is my package.
