Shipping was great - super quick! Burberry Her has a great smell-perfect for the woman that wants a sweet, mature scent, but not old lady-ish. My only criticism is that for a parfum it doesn't last long sprayed directly on skin, maybe 3-4 hours at best. Its best spayed on clothing or in the air so you can walk into it - will definitely last longer. Sprayed it on my scarf and it lasted for DAYS.

I ordered a cologne from the website in mid December hoping to get it slightly after Xmas or early in the new year. The main reason I chose FragX was because the website stated 4-12 days shipping and they seemed to have a decent range with great prices. Fast forward a month later, my product hadn’t arrived; not only that, it hadn’t even been picked up by the courier. I emailed FragX about it but after a few days got no response and resorted to contacting them on social media. It was there that I saw the terrible experiences other customers seemed to be having (similar to mine and then some). They got back to me about three or so days later and then emailed back a few more days following that offering me a refund as the order had been “lost” at some point. I’ve still not received my refund. Bottom line is this websites is more than likely one of those “too good to be true experiences”. A few people seemed to get their orders fine but a lot seemed to get dicked around quite badly. I wouldn’t waste my time shopping on there again.

I ordered two perfumes a month ago. When CS finally responded they said they're experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Fair enough, I thought. Then today I see that my package never made it to Ireland- IF it ever shipped, but made it to Hinckley in UK and is going back to sender. The comments from other customers on Facebook say it's a scam. I am very worried.

I received my order but it wasnt deleivered as quickly as expected. Great quality product though.
