The cologne was alright

I placed an order on December 17th, everything was ok and I got an e-mail indicating that they were packaging the order and preparing for shipping the same day. On December 22nd I received another e-mail with the tracking number and I was able to see that the package had arrived to Canada. I waited a bit more hoping to get the products but then the tracking was not showing anything new so I contacted by e-mail the shipping company (Sprintstar), I got a reply on December 30th indicating that they had misplaced the package and were trying to find it. I gave them some more time and I asked again for a status but nothing changed. I was told to contact Landmark if I wanted a refund so I did but this carrier asked me to contact directly FranganceX. I took the time to write e-mail to their support address but never got a reply so I decided to call them up several times but no answer. I have the feeling that this is a scam, I lost all hope.

I placed an order on December 19th 2020, i sent Fragrancex an email right away so they could update my shipping details (I had forgotten to change it on PayPal) they wrote me back right away, and that was great.. But but but by December 28th I hadn't heard anything from them, they promised to send me an email when my order was shipped! So I email them on December 28th and I get a reply saying it had been shipped and I received a tracking number BUT when I tracked it, it said "we've received your order details, but have not received your parcel" it has been saying that since the 19th and IT'S STILL SAYING THAT! I've sent Fragrancex 6 emails, 6! And still no answer, I've tried reaching out on Facebook, still no answer! Don't use this company, unless you like terrible customer service and spending money on items you'll probably never receive!

We had delivery Company - DPD, with 'supposed to be' attempted delivery - several times [address was correct!] - when we ALWAYS were and ARE in. Door also stated REAR of HOUSE deliveries please - but we can hear - if carrier knocks. Never knocked door - EVER. We get up early -06:30-7:00 - we go to bet late ~ midnight - NO excuses. We contacted you and you ignored us for a long time - check social networks for how bad customer help is. YOU are responsible for deliveries and YOU must deal with carrier, not the buyer. When you reply, you pretend NOT to have read emails. We received perfume 10 days later because of the above only to find it is OFF - bad odour - not a perfume any more. Mind, we do not have a problem with the delay - it happens, but this was not normal - something happened. Still waiting for refund and you are ignoring us, even through PayPal Case. This is 2021 !
