Undiphile
Hi I am Undiphile I hope you’re doing well and I’m from South Africa I recently just ordered and got an email confirmation from Fragrance X stating that I should ask for 6 digit authorisation from my bank so the payment went through as Pre Authorisation (-R 2200) but my bank did not know anything about any 6 digit authorisation then decided cancel my order it usually gives gives back my money quickly because it was under Pre Authorisation but this time around it did not. I only got an email from their agent saying that it takes 2 business days for it to reflect on my account and now it’s been days nothing came through. I ordered Azzaro the most intense edp and Afnan Supremacy collection edition.

Hi Undiphile! Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry for the frustration caused by the payment authorization and the delay in seeing the funds released. We understand how concerning it can be when a pending amount remains unavailable after an order is canceled. When a payment authorization is not completed, the amount may remain pending with your bank until the authorization is released. The time it takes for the funds to become available again can vary depending on the financial institution. We appreciate your patience and hope the funds are reflected in your account soon. 💫 Thank you for choosing FragranceX.com!

The Eternity Gold I just received has absolutely no scent. I paid $68 for the perfume and it's not good. Have used the Eternity for 30 years from other vendors and it has always been awesome. Is yours fake?
Response from FragranceXAug 11, 2026
Hi Jerry! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the Eternity Gold fragrance did not perform as you expected, especially after wearing Eternity for so many years. We understand why this would be concerning, and we would be happy to look into the issue for you. Please contact our Customer Service team with your order information so we can review your purchase and assist you further. ✨ Thank you for giving FragranceX.com the opportunity to help.
