I am unable to find an order with the information provided.Please be advised that we are still able to process your return if you have sampled the product. We understand that you must try a fragrance before you know it is to your liking. Only if the product has been used in excess, returned damaged, or returned un-boxed if the fragrance came in packaging will you be refunded minus 20%.Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
