Hello. I was a little surprised because the bottle inside was blu not gold. I don’t know why.

12/16/2021I upgraded to three stars. After filing a complaint with Paypal they allowed me to return the perfume and refunded my money. 12/05/2021 My package arrived with a broken lid on one of the perfume bottles. It was packed poorly. Another perfume had slid out of the box. The Ciara 100% EDP was not the same as the bottle shown in the photo on the website. The customer service agent blamed UPS for the shipment damage but it was obviously not packed well. I suspect the Ciara is counterfeit. I sent pictures to FragranceX as they requested of both the damage and the wrong bottle of Ciarra. They would not refund or replace the item in question and did not offer any compensation for the perfume bottle that had leaked in the box. The response from them below is different from the response I received from them directly.

Order was received very quickly. Love to buy perfumes that are difficult to find elsewhere at a better price.
