Ordered 2 100ml bottles of perfume, received one 50ml bottle of the complete wrong perfume. Notified them to be told that I would need to send the wrong bottle back before they sent me item out, told them i was happy to send it back and that i wanted a refund as all the messing about due to their error it will take too long for the perfumes to arrive in time for Christmas and haven't heard anything since. Literal theft and pathetic customer service, they make an error you complain and request a refund and they go quiet. SCAM

It said my order would take 4-8 business days and I placed my order on the 28th of November and they shipped it the 29th and I still haven’t gotten anything. Seems like a scam do not buy from them

We ordered and paid for 3 fragrances in full 3 weeks ago. We have heard nothing since. Given the run around to try and track the order. Then we received an email to say they will check what happened to shipping. Nothing further. All contact is coming from our side but nothing from Fragrancex. Have now requested a refund as nothing has happened except empty promises to check. Website says shipped on 26Nov but nothing else. Tracking number does not exist.

This was my first order with this Company. I am from Ireland so purchasing from a Company in USA was a little unsettling. My wife used to like Sun Moon Stars by Karl Lagerfeld a perfume that seems to be discontinued in UK. When I seen it on this site I decided to purchase on 1/12/2021 To my great delight 5 days later I have received this product Wow 5 days from States to Ireland Well done everyone! Would definitely recommend this site and will certainly use again. Happy Christmas everyone.

I have ordered from this company many times and have never had an issue. Their fragrances are genuine and not tampered with like many other sellers.

I bought the Forever by Jenni Rivera perfume for women from FragranceX on 11/29/21 at 9 pm, received my item 12/4/21 at 10am. I paid 40$ because it was on sale with free shipping. My boyfriend's mom loves JR and I was unable to find any of her perfumes in malls and stores, online I found some but they were much more expensive and out of the box. When I received my package, I was pleased to see that everything was intact first off lol but also that the packaging was so good and it kept the box in great shape, not a dent on it. The perfume itself still had its original plastic wrapping around it, looks very authentic, has the right barcode for the product. This was my first time buying from fragrancex so of course I was skeptical because it just sounds like a random ass website but actually my first and only experience was perfect. I read reviews about the website before buying and that was really helpful so I figured I'd do my part and write a review, I couldn't actually find a place to write a review on the website maybe they need to work on that.
