while my purchase experience was fine, the customer service/maintenance of the site is ridiculous. I've unsubscribed from an alert email over a dozen times and had to talk to customer support about 4+ different occasions and despite their reassurance that i've been removed from all mailing lists i'm still getting spammed. probably won't buy from them again if I can't maintain my privacy and they won't respect my unsubscribe requests from in stock alerts etc

Authentic product. Full sizes for the discounted price. Great shipping process. Fast delivery. And then the track pf the order, delivery and followup. Really can't beat that experience, especially when you are spending your hard earn money!

I find it hard to believe that 1 week after purchasing a fragrance from this site, my credit card got charged $84 for a call number related to a prison! I was not happy and had to call the phone service and have my money refunded which they did without a problem. I've had no issues with the card since then. Beware! I have always purchased my perfumes from Perfumemania.com and will continue with them.
