My payment to them was declined but they craftily put it through again the following day even though I didn't reorder. I received no order acknowledgement or correspondence when I wrote to the support address and have heard nor received nothing from them. I have no order number or any evidence that I placed an order but they took the payment. In reply to your response. I have written to the support team several times and had absolutely no response. Just give me my money back or I will raise a fraud issue with my card company. As stated, I have no order number or any sort of correspondence.

I ordered from fragranceX website three perfumes full priced equal to original perfume price and all of them are 100% cheaply fake: Si fiori (the smell is acceptable but the packaging is without perfume name. Smell doesn’t last) Reb'l Fleur Perfume by Rihanna (smell is acceptable but doesn’t last) Jovan white musk (disgusting alcohol smell nothing related to musk smell) Advice: do not waste your money on fake disgusting perfumes sold by scammers. Furthermore, the name of sender on the package card is (New York!) not fragranceX! This is another Indicator of scamming.
