It was very easy ordering . Good prices !

This is my first time ordering, the price was great, I received what I ordered. It took a little longer than expected, but no problem we are spoiled by other companies that ship within a day. I will definitely order again from FragranceX

Great price for 4 oz. bottles! I got the Leather and the Whiskey Tobacco, and I usually combine the two scents, though they both smell great. Lasts pretty good, too.

I ordered Victoria's Secret Bombshell Eau de Parfum from FragranceX. It arrived — and it was shipped from Uzbekistan. I also own the exact same bottle, bought personally in the US, so I compared them side by side. What I found: US bottle: the batch code is printed on the bottom and engraved into the glass. Two methods. Both readable. FragranceX bottle: there is no batch code on the bottle at all. Not printed. Not engraved. Nothing. The code only exists on the outer box. This means I cannot verify whether the box code matches the actual bottle. Authentic perfume never works this way. Ever. The box is different too: mine has an FSC logo and dense, unreadable text, while the US box has no FSC and uses a much clearer font. The batch code on the box is positioned and applied differently. About the scent itself: It smells weaker. Flat. It doesn't develop like the original. The glass and sprayer feel different in quality. FragranceX claims everything is "100% authentic" and that batch code placement "can vary by market." But no batch code on the bottle is not a "market variation." It's a red flag. Victoria's Secret always puts a batch code on the glass. And shipping a "100% authentic" fragrance from Uzbekistan doesn't exactly inspire confidence either. Support offered a return. But international shipping costs so much that returning it makes no sense. So effectively — money wasted. I will never order from this site again. Never. If you buy from FragranceX — check the bottle immediately. Not the box. The bottle. If there's no batch code on the glass — you know what that means. I contacted the support service (Ticket # 3065218), asked them to verify the authenticity of the product, and sent a photo showing that there is no code on the bottom of the bottle, which is present on the original version. All I heard in response was “our product is original, and you can send it back to us.”

You always deliver on time and your price is great!
