Did not receive my ordered and was still charged
Response from FragranceXOct 6, 2026
Hi Kristine! We’re sorry that you did not receive your order. Our records show that the shipping address entered on the order was incorrect. 📦 As a customer, you have three opportunities to verify the shipping address: during checkout before payment, immediately after completing the order, and in the order confirmation email sent after the purchase. We encourage you to review these details carefully when placing future orders. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

What a great selection that includes oldies, newbies, freshies, bangers, sleepers, so many hidden gems. When something was unavailable you've gone out of your way to accommodate me, always with kindness. You give customers many reasons to return. Thank you!

I recently placed an order last week. I should have my order by now. I have reached out and all I kept being told was it was shipped. Well upon me contacting USPS myself today. It stayed they haven’t received any items. With this being said the rep emailed and stated oh we can’t create a label and not ship. Yes you can create a label in your warehouse and not take it to the post office. USPS has no reason to lie if they received a package or not.
Response from FragranceXOct 6, 2026
Hi Melissa! We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and the conflicting information regarding the USPS status. We understand your concern, especially when USPS indicated that the package had not yet been received. 🚚 Please contact us by email, phone, live chat, or WhatsApp so our team can review the shipment status and assist you further.

Bottle arrived empty leaked out inside the box. I submitted photos and video to customer service and they refused a refund or return request despite evidence I provided. Their reasoning was because the box and bottle were intact and the box was dried in the video. Well, I never claimed the bottle was broken—the cap was defective and leaked out during transit. And the box was dry because they asked for the video days later—yes the box will be dry by then. So in the end I paid $170 for a defective product that leaked out and left with no remedy for my issue. Fragrance X is the worst computer service. I was forced to submit a dispute claim with my credit card. Do not buy from them
