Since purchasing a bottle of fragrance (not my choice) for a present I have been harassed with emails. I have unsubscribed each time but still they come even after 'You have successfully unsubscribed. Thank you!' The system needs immediate attention.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This scam shop has lost me as a customer for life. Aside from the utterly idiotic shipping where they pretend to have shipped a product despite only actually filling out a form to send a product to the courier they act as though it's been shipped. It hasn't. After ordering a VERY SPECIFIC product that I'd waited OVER A YEAR for notification on and then ordering and paying for it I was sent something else. Not what I ordered. Their response when I notified them of the importance of correcting THEIR blatant screw up? Too bad, screw you. Send back the crap we DID send and then wait for a refund otherwise F*** ALL else. Nothing. This included multiple attempts at gaslighting, BSing and flat out lying about how inventory control and logistics work (I own a company doing this exactly so I knew she was lying and told her so) so then after they ran out of nonsense lies and excuses they decided to just screw me out of what I ORDERED AND TELL ME I WAS LUCKY THEY WOULD GIVE ME A SHIPPING RETURN FORM to send back what they'd sent. The ongoing poor service and shipping are bad enough but this.... this is the final straw. A rare item comes in, a customer orders and pays for this product then, on realizing the rare gem they have, it's swapped out so someone there or a friend can keep it and SCREW the person who's actually already bought and paid for it. They're either incompetent and stupid or they're thieving liars. Either way this sh!tbox of a company will never get another cent of mine or of any of my other clients OR the 791000 followers I provide buying advice for thru the YouTube, TikTok and Instagram influencers I write copy for every week. Never again.

FragranceX a scam still waiting on perfume ordered. They don’t answer emails and the phone number costs although they say it’s toll free,I used up all my credit £10 just glad I’ve got a limit with Vodafone. £65.00 gone and nothing to show for it.😡😡

Bought my email address I don't know where. Tried to stop email flood by opting out, does not work. Very aggressive spamming policy, should not be tolerated.

It was a terrible experience. I never received my order. After I paid for the order, I thought that everything would be fine. But as it turned out, fragrancex is not responsible for anything. The main thing is to pay the money, and then they don’t care about anything. My package was lost by the delivery service hired by fragrancex. When I turned to fragrancex for help, they told me that they were not responsible for the delivery, and that I would resolve all issues with the delivery service. But that's not right!! Why should I solve the issue with the delivery service, I did not hire them, and did not have any contracts with them !! For a whole month I corresponded with fragrancex, more precisely with their support operator Rennae, and I always received the same answer. They did not respond to my requests to return my money or send me an order again. It's been a month, I've wasted money and time and got nothing. I did not receive anything!!! I will never use fragrancex again! I don't recommend fragrancex to anyone!
