Fragrance X shipped my package quickly. There was a delay in delivery but that was my local post office's fault.

Q&A tells ''If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.'' I made a cancellation as above.The cancel option appeared and worked. Then the shop sent me a message ''Thanks for ordering from FragranceX.com. We have received your cancellation request and our system is attempting to cancel your order at this time. Please allow our systems a few minutes to email you a cancellation confirmation. '' 2days after the shop sant me a message ''Thanks for your order, we attempted to cancel it per your request but it already shipped out. Sorry for this inconvenience. '' what had they done in that 2days?Even Amazon does accept cancellation before shipping, but the shop does not accept before picking the items. I cannot trust the shop anymore.

Website advertises that orders are shipped out within the day of ordering. 2 weeks has passed, and the item has not even arrived to the courier company! It’s Jun2022… Covid is no longer an excuse in most parts of the planet. Cheats. No integrity to ensure the efficient arrival of orders. No prompting, apology, compensation, nothing…

I purchased Cruz Del Sur II by Xerjoff, and it’s definitely a fake. Scent doesn’t even last an hour plus the plaque on the inside of the coffin is crooked, which was a dead give-away. I even tried over spraying and it just fades away.

Yet to receive my parcel. It was meant to be delivered between the May 25-30. As at June 4, no item has been delivered. Highly disappointed. I’ve had to buy another birthday present elsewhere. Emailed customer service and still no response. Very bad. Would not recommend.
