Ordered Paris Hilton Body GLISTENING lotion. Item #447138. Received body lotion. NOT GLISTENING. Contacted Co. Who responded on time stating: CO. REPLY: Thank you for your email and your order. I understand your concerns. Sorry for any confusion but not the packaging, only the fragrance is guaranteed. Please note all items in packaging changes from time to time. We do not guarantee will be 100% as the picture package, we do our best to update images every day. I know this is frustrating, a very low percentage of changes in the packages, but it happens all the time. We hope you choose to stay with your order however they are more than welcome to return items received under our 30 day money back guarantee policy. Please see our return policy below for details. I RESPONDED: Thank you for your reply. I was under the impression that this body lotion GLISTENS on your skin, as that’s what it says. I have purchased this item in the UK previously to wear on holiday & it GLISTENS, therefore I feel this is very much misleading as it doesn’t do what is says it would do, which is glisten on your skin. Therefore I don’t believe I should pay to return it, would you be kind enough to accept the return at your cost plz ? This is NOT a packaging issue, as your reply stated. This is a description issue. If you choose to return your fragrance, you will receive a refund for the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping fees on receipt of your return. The return will need to be in the original packaging and unused. As I ordered from the UK it’s not worth me posting back for the Co. to take shipping fees & struggle to get a refund, as many reviews states ??? ADVICE TO YOU ALL: read the reviews FIRST B4 ordering. If I’d done this I wouldn’t have purchased. Co. Says in their guarantee customer is allowed to test the product, but their reply above says I should return it unused ???. I also noticed from the reviews they have a standard reply, to dissatisfied customers to contact the Co. which I did ???
